About Us

Artisanal Brew Works is a restaurant and brewery in Saratoga Springs, NY, offering a full dining experience at Nature’s Edge Bistro. Our chef-driven menu features artisanal burgers, pizzas, seasonal salads, and elevated pub-style favorites, making us a go-to destination for both casual dining and nights out with friends and family.

Our indoor dining space is bright, comfortable, and air-conditioned, while the Nature’s Edge Terrace provides one of the area’s most unique outdoor dining experiences, surrounded by forest views with direct access to hiking and mountain biking trails.

We host weekly events including Wednesday Trivia and live music every Friday through Sunday, along with popular specials like Burger & Beer Night, making Artisanal Brew Works a top choice for things to do in Saratoga Springs.

While we continue to brew a wide range of craft beers on-site with 20 taps, we also offer wine, cider, spirits, and non-alcoholic options to complement your meal.
