Duties
- Prepare interior surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming walls and ceilings
- Apply paint using brushes and rollers to achieve smooth, even finishes
- Repair minor surface imperfections such as holes, dents, and cracks before painting
- Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths, plastic, and tape to maintain a clean workspace
- Maintain tools and ensure proper storage and cleanup after each job
- Work alongside team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
- Follow all safety guidelines when using ladders and working in occupied spaces
- Proven experience as a painter in residential or commercial settings
- Strong knowledge of surface preparation and interior painting techniques
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and accountability in all work
- Shows empathy, respect, and care when working in client environments
- Ability to work efficiently and respond quickly to project needs
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic work environments
- Attention to detail with a focus on clean lines and consistent finishes
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of drywall repair and remodeling environments is a plus
- Strong understanding of workplace safety practices
- Valid Driver’s License
- Minimum of 3 years of painting experience
- Minimum of 2 years of remodeling experience
