CABIN FEVER
On January 25, 2014, between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Soroptimist International of Saratoga County (SISC) will host our annual “Cabin Fever” luncheon fundraiser. Annually, we bring together more than 200 guests and present a unique and moving speaker. This year we are thrilled to announce Doctor Gene Griessman as our presenter.
Cabin Fever is a major fundraiser for SISC, the local chapter of an international organization of business and professional women who work to improve the lives of women and girls. Locally, SISC has partnered with the Domestic Violence and Rape Crisis Services of Saratoga County, whereby our scholarship dollars and member s volunteer to facilitate Project Hope and Power, a program that provides support and empowerment for women who have experienced domestic abuse by training them to become financially independent.
