On 29 March 2014 at 1:00pm, the Capital District of New York Chapter - Association of the United States Army in partnership with the City of Saratoga Springs and the NYS Military Museum will host a Veterans panel discussion at the NYS Militray Museum at 61 Lake Avenue, Saratoga Springs.  This event will honor all those Veterans who served during the Vietnam War. Our special guest will be Mr. Gary Beikirch, Medal of Honor recipient.
