Dr. Favro opened Turning Point Chiropractic in 2011 with the goal of providing science-based, innovative and quality care to the residents and guests of the greater Saratoga Area. He helps people who are in pain when they move achieve higher levels of health, fitness and quality of life. 

I work as a certified postpartum doula to support families during the massive transition into parenthood. Our maternal healthcare system in United States is woefully inadequate in its postpartum support systems.  There are very few (if any) integrated structures within maternal healthcare to provide continuity of care for women, and the result is that women are pushed aside as the focus turns nearly exclusively to the new infant.
Postpartum Doula support is one small effort to fill the gaps in care.

Matt is a capital district native.  He grew up in Waterford and now resides in Latham, NY and has for the last 26 years with his wife Kathleen and three children.  Matt attended HVCC and received an AAS in Chemical Technonogy and a Pre-Engineering AS before attending Albany College of Pharmacy where he received his BS in Pharmacy in 1990.  

As a result of being the president of Latham Circle Soccer Club, Matt was one of the founders and VP of Sales for SportsSignup, a SAS company based in Saratoga Springs that designed software for youth sports organization.  In 2015 SportsSignup was acquired by Time, Inc.where the company is now known as Sports Illustrated Play.

During his time at SporrtsSignup and Sports Illustrated Play, he employed Sandler Training for his sales and support teams as well as participating in their management training himself.  After exiting Sports Illustrated Play Matt purchased Sandler Training of Albany.

Hello! My name is Dr. Clara Somoza. I am an osteopathic physician and have had the pleasure of practicing Emergency Medicine since 2002 in the Upstate NY area. I worked at Glens Falls Hospital's Emergency Care Center from 2002-2014. I am currently on staff at Saratoga Hospital/Albany Medical Center's Malta Medical Emergent Care and Ellis Hospital's Medical Center of Clifton Park facility. After listening to my patients (and my colleagues) encourage me, repeatedly,  to open up a private practice to have more time for osteopathic manipulation..I finally listened!!  Osteopathic manipulation is a gentle hands-on treatment, especially useful for non-opiate pain management, but also for relief of muscle tension, ligamentous strain, lymphatic congestion, structural imbalances, tissue/joint inflammation, and fascial strains associated with many chronic or acute conditions. Laura Kriegel is a fierce advocate for children. A graduate of Columbia University’s School of Social Work, she has equipped herself with tools to build organizations focused on equity, inclusion, and social justice. In 2015, Laura co-founded Camp Stomping Ground, a nonprofit children’s sleepaway camp at the base of the Adirondack Mountains. Its mission is to inspire the next generation of radically empathetic decision-makers. Laura fosters a culture rooted in humble curiosity and restorative justice, where kids and staff from diverse racial, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds come together to solve problems collaboratively and explore different perspectives. Through her determination and vision, she has created a space where young people feel valued, heard, and empowered to shape a more just and compassionate world.
