Saratoga Bridges is a not-for profit that was founded in 1954 and our mission is to empower individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families to identify and pursue their life goals through knowledge, collaboration, and experience.

Saratoga Bridges has an opportunity for a dynamic individual to be responsible for developing and implementing an annual Development Plan for the Saratoga Bridges Foundation.  The development plan will include planning, organizing and directing all of Saratoga Bridges fundraising including: the major gift program, annual fund, planned giving, special events and capital campaigns.  The preferred candidate will have connections within the Saratoga Springs, NY community and be passionate about our mission.

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field.  Five (5) years of progressive experience in Public Relations, Marketing & Promotions or Fund-raising required.  Experience with donor software a plus.  Valid NYS driver’s license required.

Saratoga Bridges offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, life insurance, vacation, sick and holiday pay. The pay range for this position is $63,960 - $95,992. Please apply online at
