Leah Margolis Nathan
In 2009, after relocating to the Saratoga Springs area, Leah launched Leah Margolis Design LLC, a residential interior design firm that focuses on both form and function. With well over a decade of work in the industry, her portfolio now includes projects up and down the east coast.
BUILD
Ben Nathan
Ben was hired by Witt Construction to take on the project management role of their residential building division in 2009. After being promoted to production manager, he was responsible for overseeing all company-wide construction activities from start to finish. In the spring of 2021, LM Design + Build was born.
